Harvey Bradley to James Bradley, 14 Mar 1885

"This deed of conveyance made and entered into this March the 14th, 1885, by and between Harvey Bradley of the first part and James Bradley of the second part, Harvey Bradley of the county of Pulaski and James Bradley of Rockcastle in the state of Kentucky.

"Witness that for and in consideration of 10 dollars cash in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged hath this day bargained and sold and by these presents doth convey to the said James Bradley the following described tract or parcel of land lying and being in the county of Rockcastle and state of Kentucky on the waters of Line Creek.

"Beginning on a pine on top of a cliff…and clear round with Andrew Bradley's to the black oak at the Kincade Road, thence with the meanders of the Kincade Road to a poplar corner…containing 50 acres more or less…"
