| Nichols heirs to Martin Lewis, 5

"Know all men by these presents that we, Margaret Ferrell, James F.
Nichols, of the county of Pulaski, and Thomas J. Nichols and his wife Sarah
Nichols, Thomas Arnold and his wife Serelda F. Arnold, George W. Nichols and
his wife Rebecky Nichols, and Elizabeth Renner, late Elizabeth Nichols, of the
county of Rockcastle and state of Kentucky of the first party, and Martin Lewis
of the county of Pulaski and state aforesaid of the second party.
"Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of fifty two dollars
in hand paind by the said Martin Lewis
bargain, sell and confirm unto the
said Martin Lewis a certain piece or parcel of land situated in the county of
Pulaski and state aforesaid, and lying in the Sinking Valley, and bounded as
followeth, to wit:
"Beginning on a stone Hutson McAlister's corner, thence his line S 4 E 25
poles to a stake, the said Martin Lewis's corner, thence with his line
to
a stake in Thomas Head's line, thence
to a stake in Hutson McAlister's
line, thence
to the beginning, containing 26 ¼ acres
