Alva and Rebecca Renner to Parnie Lee and John Anderson McPherron, 17 April 1890

"This deed of conveyance made and entered into this 17th day of April, 1890, between Alvy Renner and Rebecca his wife of the first part, Parnie Lee McFerran and John Anderson McFerran of the second part all of the county of Rockcastle and state of Kentucky, witness that the party of the first part for and in consideration of one hundred dollars, fifty dollars in hand paid and fifty dollars to be paid twelve months form the date of these writings…convey to the parry of the second part the following…lying…on waters of Skeggs Creek bounded as follows, to wit:

"Beginning on a little pine that is Sears's and Nicely's corner and straight out to the road and with the road to the Grand Renner road and then straight to the Colyer line and with the Colyer line clear to the creek and back to Sears's line at the Smith Renner road and with his line to the beginning. Containing one hundred acres…more or less…"
