Cyrenius W. Renner to Solomon Row, 12 Sep 1865

"This indenture of bargain and sale made and executed the 12th day of September, 1865, between C.W. Renner and Nancy Renner his wife of the county of Rockcastle and State of Kentucky of the one part and Solomon Row of the same county….in consideration of three hundred dollars in hand, paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hath this day conveyed and sold unto the part of the second part a certain boundry of land lying and being in the county of Rockcastle in the State of Kentucky and on the head waters of Skeggs Creek and part of the old farm formerly owned by Jacob Renner, supposed to be 60 acres more or less and bounded as follows, to wit:

"Beginning at a black oak and post oak on south side of the hill, thence a southwestwardly direction to a chestnut oak being a conditional live between said Row the second party and Malakiah Linville, thence a northwest course with the Deaton(?) line to the Buckner line, thence with the Buckner line a northeast direction including a small survey of Jacob Renner with the Buckner line the last bead of the hill to a state and from thence to the beginning."
