The will of Isaac Mize

Isaac Mize was born about 1802 in Kentucky; his father was Jeremiah Mize. He died in the winter of 1893, probably in Rockcastle County.

Isaac was married four times and fathered at least 22 children. His last wife, Marinda Tyree, died in 1917 and was buried in the Raspberry Cemetery in Rockcastle County, near where she and Isaac were living in 1893. Isaac is most likely buried either at the Raspberry Cemetery or in a family cemetery which is rumored to be located somewhere on his former farm.

Notes: Isaac's will was entered into the court records 24 Jan 1894. It's likely then, that Isaac died sometime in the winter, probably December 1893.
