Granderson Renner heirs to Aaron Renner, 1 Oct 1902

"Know all men that we, Angeline Renner, John Renner and Ella Renner his wife, Rincey Price and Wm Price her husband, Helen Row and Henry Row her husband, and Mary Grider of Rockcastle County, Kentucky, parties of the first part have this day bargained, sold, and by these presents convey unto Aaron Renner, party of the second of the same state and county, a certain tract or parcel of land situated and being in the county and state aforesaid on the water of Dry Fork of Skeggs Creek as follows and supposed to contain two hundred and fifty acres be the same more or less, viz:

"Beginning on a small white oak marked (A) just above the road opposite where Josiah Hays now lives and a line between said Bowling and Thomas Graves with the county road…"


This is the same land Granderson purchased from George Bowling, plus other land he owned in the area.
